These Terms of Use ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("you," "user," or "visitor") and michaelsandstrom ("we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the michaelsandstrom website and all of its pages, features, and services (collectively, the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. About the Site

michaelsandstrom is an independent, fan-built archive of publicly known catchphrases and quotes associated with Nicholas "Chunkz" Grant The Site is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or otherwise connected to Chunkz, his management, his channel, or any of his commercial partners. References to Chunkz are used descriptively and editorially under principles of fair use and fair dealing.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting any page of the Site, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age, that you have read and understood these Terms, and that you accept them in full. If you are using the Site on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

3. License to Use the Site

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, or sell any part of the Site without our prior written consent, except as permitted by law for personal or fair-use purposes.

Quotes attributed to Chunkz remain the property of their rights holder. We display short, transformative excerpts under principles of fair use and fair dealing for the purposes of commentary, criticism, education, and archival reference. We do not host audio or video; we link to original sources on YouTube.

"Chunkz," related likenesses, and any third-party trademarks referenced on the Site are the property of their respective owners. Use of these trademarks on the Site is for identification purposes only and does not imply any endorsement or partnership.

5. Removal Requests from Rights Holders

If you are the rights holder for any content displayed on the Site and you wish to request its removal, please contact us at hello@michaelsandstrom.com with the following information:

• The specific content you are requesting we remove (with URLs or quotations).
• Sufficient identification information to verify your identity as the rights holder or as an authorised agent acting on their behalf.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the content is not authorised.

We will respond to verified removal requests within 48 hours.

6. Third-Party Links and Embeds

The Site contains links to third-party websites, including but not limited to YouTube and X (formerly Twitter), and may display thumbnails or embedded media originating from those services. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for any third-party content, websites, or services. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. The "Effective" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent change. Material changes will be announced on the Site for at least 30 days before taking effect. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy, and Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and michaelsandstrom regarding your use of the Site and supersede any prior agreements, communications, or understandings between you and us on the subject.

15. Severability
